Just a little note about choice of printer. I could have gone with a publishing company instead of self-publication. However, I chose self-publication for one very important reason: proceeds of this book are going to the B.C. Lupus Society where the money will be earmarked for research funding. Since I myself have Lupus and I have lost someone very close to me due to the complications of Lupus, it is important for there to be that extra profit margin.
