Awesomely Geeky Rube Goldberg Machine

Published on February 26, 2010 by Jules   ·   No Comments

The name of this post is the title of an email sent to me last week with a link to a video of a Rube Goldberg machine. “A rube what?”, you may be asking yourself. Very simply, a Rube Goldberg machine is a purposely over engineered machine designed to do a simple task. It is named after American inventor and cartoonist, Rube Goldberg.

Watching this video, I found that my mouth was agape. A lot of time, thought, effort, frustration, attention to detail, and trial and error would have to go into making this. Thank you Deni for bringing my attention to this video. To view more Rube Goldberg machines created by Baynham & Tyres, click here.
